Who is Linda
Hello! I am Linda, the founder of Lindy and Friends. Since my youth, I’ve been passionate about Sunday School for Children. My husband Haziel and I have served the Lord for more than 20 years in the USA. In 2022 we planted El Camino Church in Columbus, OH, a church that reaches the hispanic community with love and compassion.
Our Story
Beginnings
I understood that I had a calling to use my gifts in Art to create a project for children that was up-to-date and creative.
Since I was little a girl I loved Art. My hobby was writing poetry and drawing. When my family gave a radical spin in our lives by moving from Colombia to the USA in 2001, I decided to study Design in Architecture in the University of Florida.
I graduated right during the Great Recession of 2009 and after experiencing a difficult professional season I decided to embark on my dream project. I knew in my heart that something beautiful could come out of this dry season.
What Lindy & Friends does
I founded Lindy and Friends during this time to bring joy and share the Good News with all children around the world. We develop creative strategies to reach children through music, animations, live events, digital content and educational products.
Mission
Lindy and Friends characters are little missionaries who teach children about the love of Jesus and God’s Word.

Parables of Jesus Lesson Plan
Flofi: The Lost Sheep
Based on the Parable of the Lost Sheep in Matthew 18:10-14. In this lesson children will learn about God's unconditional love for the lost and undeserving of society, for God gave His only begotten son, Jesus Christ, so that we may have eternal life. Jesus is truly our Good Shepard.
The Wise Builder
Based on the Parable of the House Upon the Rock in Matthew 7:24-29. In this lesson children will learn that obeying is better than “breaking down,” for storms will come, and only those who have built their lives on the firm rock of unconditional obedience to God will remain immovable.
The Sower
Based on the Parable of the Sower in Mark 4:13-20. The parable of this lesson is part of a set of six other parables narrated by Matthew in chapter thirteen, whose objective is to speak of the Kingdom of God. In this lesson children will learn how the Word is preached or sown, like a seed, in people's hearts.
The Lamp on the Stand
Based on the Parable of the Lamp on the Stand in Luke 8:16-18. In this lesson children will learn that those who accept the Gospel in their hearts learn to see and act according to the vision and action of Jesus. The understanding increases as we act. Those who do not act lose even the little understanding they already have.
The Good Samaritan
Based on the Parable of the Good Samaritan in Luke 10:25-37. In this lesson children will learn that Jesus teaches us that helping our neighbor goes above and beyond ethnic and religious differences, and that our neighbor is anyone who needs our help. By helping those in need without expecting nothing in return we serve Jesus!
The 10 Virgins
Based on the Parable of the Ten Virgins in Mathew 25:1-13. In this lesson children will dive into this parable told by Jesus to teach His disciples the unpredictability of His coming, and the need to be prepared for that time.
Pointing to Jesus
Our curriculum is filled with Biblical thruths and Pentecostal values that draw children closer to Jesus.
